Recovering from set backs

I realise life can throw us bigger punches after the tsunami but you just need to say Holy spirit give me strength to endure the pain and teach me to be humble and persevere in this ...as after all this life is a nanno second to entrnity ....give me balls give me wisdom and more than anything to ability to put into action what you have tought me!
